Product Summary

The Live Market Summary module is primarily focused upon providing traders with the information they need in order to optimise their positions in the market, via screens that can show market activity at-a-glance.

The tools then offer functionality to drill down into activity of interest as required in order to find out more information about activity that has occurred.

This tool uses a TIBCO data feed in order to provide live market updates and has a constantly running calculation engine that works out a wide range of detailed additional data information on the fly.

Support by Email

As a user you can send us an email at any time. We request that if the problem is of a support nature that you use the support@enappsys.com email address. The support email address copies your email to our whole support team which means there will always be someone in the office who can pick it up.

Feel free to email a specific person but please be advised that this person may not be able to immediately respond to your email. Out of office hours a member of staff may pick up your email and respond to it but this is not guaranteed.

If you have an important problem, which you need to have addressed as a matter of urgency, then please telephone.

Out-Of-Office Hours Support

Out of hours support is provided outside office hours by a support telephone that is carried by the nominated on-call member of staff. This is a telephone with two SIM cards so that if one mobile network does not have coverage then the other network will have coverage.

Please understand that you may be calling someone that is asleep when you call so please be patient whilst they wake up!
